Monitor group dynamics and departmental structure while delivering treatment modules to groups of up to ten clients within the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework. Act as a personal supporter for specific clients during admission and facilitate weekly discussions with primary and management therapists. Lead team and clinical meetings to coordinate care and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Ensure continuity for clients transitioning from the six-week intensive admission to day treatment at this or another Jellinek facility. Work in a 24-hour open ward with three treatment groups of approximately ten people each. Rotate through day, evening, and night shifts to guarantee continuous care across the six-week program.
