Guide clients through acute psychiatric crises on the IC ward, providing structure, safety, and support during moments of intense instability. Conduct de-escalation conversations, observe behavioral changes, and collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other disciplines to stabilize patients for rapid discharge. Deliver motivating dialogue to foster recovery and encourage client self-regulation while reporting daily observations. Work in a team environment where shared responsibility for care and safety is central. This role involves short, intensive admissions focused on stabilization and transition to appropriate follow-up care.
