Job Summary
Guide clients in crisis by providing structure, safety, and de-escalation techniques while actively building trust and restoring contact. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to execute treatment plans, enforce clear boundaries with respect, and maintain connections with family and referral sources. Remain alert to rising tension and act immediately to ensure the safety of both clients and the environment. Shifts include day (7:00–15:00), evening (14:30–22:30), night (22:15–07:00), and intermediate services (10:00–18:00), requiring flexible availability for 24/7 care continuity. This role supports clients with severe psychiatric issues and destabilizing behavior within a secure setting focused on stabilization and recovery.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- relevante HBO opleiding
- meerdere jaren werkervaring op een langdurige klinische ervaring in de GGZ
- een vast contract na 6 of 12 maanden
