Job Summary
Guide clients through daily living activities and social engagements while observing and evaluating them against their treatment plans. Collaborate with colleagues across various psychiatric and addiction care specialisms to ensure care continuity under pressure. Select your own shifts and locations via a planning app to manage your schedule, working at multiple departments including Jellinek, Mentrum, and Sinai. Requires proven experience in mental health care, an agogic education at MBO-4 or HBO level, and a VOG or VOGP.
Required Qualifications
- Aantoonbare ervaring in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg
- Een afgeronde agogische opleiding op minimaal MBO-4 of HBO-niveau (Persoonlijk begeleider specifieke doelgroepen, MWD, SPH of Social Work)
- Flexibel inzetbaar bent qua diensten en afdelingen
- Het overleggen van een VOG of VOGP (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag Politie)
