Maintain contact with family and external partners, contribute to a safe ward atmosphere, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to coordinate care. Work in a 24-hour rotation within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing your de-escalation skills during crises to ensure stability for the fifteen clients in secure rooms.
