Job Summary
Organize and guide daily activities ranging from group conversations and walks to creative sessions within an intensive day program. Maintain strong therapeutic relationships through continuous observation, support, and boundary setting while actively contributing to treatment goals and restorative care plans. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and outpatient teams to ensure a safe, stable, and positive unit atmosphere. Work in a multidisciplinary team where initiative and professional development are central, offering flexibility for unexpected events and creative input.
Required Qualifications
- mbo-4 of hbo-diploma in de richting van SPH, MWD of Social Work
- Affiniteit en/of ervaring met de psychiatrie
- Je ziet onregelmatige diensten als een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel van je werk
- Het overleggen van een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag
