Rotate across multiple departments to rapidly develop broad diagnostic and crisis intervention skills within a multidisciplinary setting. Work in a 24-hour roster including early, late, and night shifts, with opportunities to influence your own scheduling through meeroosteren. This role supports clients with severe psychiatric disorders in Amsterdam's acute care chain, contributing to a newly renovated HIC unit focused on restoring client self-regulation.
