Job Summary
Conduct group guidance for clients with severe psychiatric disorders during crisis, stabilization, and recovery phases within a 24-hour emergency setting. De-escalate situations using the HIC methodology while maintaining client autonomy and ensuring safety alongside multidisciplinary teams. Observe behavioral changes and collaborate on shared decision-making in a rotating schedule involving early, late, and night shifts. Manage the transition from high-intensity HIC+ support to fostering self-sufficiency in medium care environments.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring in de GGZ of met EPA-doelgroepen
- HBO SPH/MWD/VP
- MBO 4 MMZ met sterke motivatie
- Stevig staan in crisissituaties
- Communicatief vaardig zijn
- De-escalerend kunnen werken
- Oog hebben voor relatie en herstel
- Grenzen kunnen stellen met warmte en professionele helderheid
- Graag samenwerken in een multidisciplinair team
- Nieuwsgierig zijn naar wat de cliënt nodig heeft en wat jij kunt betekenen
- Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)
