Grocery Team Member

Engage guests to understand their needs and assist in creating meal solutions while maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items. Merchandise and stock specialty items throughout the store, ensuring nearby guests are assisted, and gather shopping carts from the parking lot for general housekeeping. Present yourself professionally in adherence to uniform standards across all departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. This role supports The Fresh Market's mission to make everyday eating extraordinary for guests.
