Grocery Team Member

Provide excellent guest service by engaging with shoppers to learn their wants and needs, helping them create meal solutions while maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items. Merchandise and stock specialty items throughout the day across departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Produce, and Front-End, ensuring nearby guests are assisted. Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and perform general housekeeping duties while presenting a professional manner adhering to uniform standards. This role requires at least 16 years of age and supports The Fresh Market's mission to make everyday eating extraordinary.
