Job Summary
Grocery Team Leader responsible for managing department operations across Produce, Frozen, Dairy, and Bulk departments; leads training and development, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and driving financial goals including gross profit, shrink, and overhead; ensures cleanliness, safety, and effective team performance; requires experience managing department performance and familiarity with food safety and organic/product knowledge; proficient in Microsoft Office and Falcon scanner; ServSafe preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years minimum experience working with produce and natural or organic products
- OSHA ServSafe Certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to learn and use a Falcon hand-held computer scanner
- Proven success managing shrink, sales, gross profit, and total overhead of a department in a similar environment required
