Job Summary
Stock, rotate, and condition all grocery product on shelves according to Floco Foods standards and productivity guidelines. Maintain neat, safe work areas and organized backstock while minimizing damage through proper inventory control. Provide polite interactions with guests, assist with unloading and verifying deliveries, and communicate temperature issues for dairy and frozen items. Perform front-end duties to ensure no noticeable waits and order product for aisles as assigned. Maintain sanitation standards across the sales floor and backroom. Lift 40 lbs constantly and 60 lbs occasionally while bending, kneeling, standing, and operating pallet jacks. Work flexible schedules with weekly pay at Kj's Market, a family-owned company offering benefits including 401K, pension, and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. constantly 60 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Knowledge of grocery operations
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
- Effective communication and guests service skills
- Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull stock carts and operate pallet jack for extended periods of time
