Job Summary
Stock, rotate, and condition grocery products on shelves per Floco Foods standards while maintaining a neat, safe work area. Provide polite interactions with guests, assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery, and maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom. Minimize damage and shrink through proper inventory control and product handling. Communicate temperature problems to supervisors for dairy and frozen foods. Order product for aisles as assigned by management and perform front-end duties to ensure no noticeable wait. Lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and operate pallet jacks. Work flexible schedules with weekly pay.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. constantly 60 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Knowledge of grocery operations
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
- Effective communication and guests service skills
- Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull stock carts and operate pallet jack for extended periods of time
