Job Summary
Maintain stock levels and quality in the grocery department, ensure products are displayed per company standards and comply with food safety practices; promote customer service and sales through suggestive selling; operate pallet jack to unload and reload products; rotate dated items, inspect quality, collect trash, assist customers, and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Roles require teamwork, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Partners 18+ may operate equipment and 21+ may drive per policy; on-the-job training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Minimum of 18 years of age to operate equipment
- 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business
