Grocery Stocker

Job Summary
Maintains full stock conditions on grocery display racks and shelves, operates pallet jack to unload products, and reloads trucks with return items. Ensures dated products are stocked, rotated, or discarded properly; inspects product quality and maintains food safety standards. Assists customers with price checks and locating products, promotes product sales through suggestive selling, and provides friendly customer service. Maintains a safe, clean store environment and adheres to company policies and safety procedures; works with fellow partners to support a team-oriented environment and handle occasional heavy lifting and equipment operation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age required
- Minimum of 18 years of age required to operate equipment
- Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to operate manual or electric pallet jack
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to stand/walk continuously
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
