Job Summary
Lead Grocery team in Wolt Markets in Tbilisi, responsible for ensuring efficient operations and serving as the go-to person when the Store Manager isn’t present. Tasks include solving team issues, monitoring workload and office duties, collecting feedback, and proactively developing store operations. Requires prior grocery-floor experience and team leadership, ability to work around the clock (40 hrs/week across day/evening/weekend shifts), and language skills in Georgian (English preferred). Required Qualifications
- Experience in working as a Grocery Associate in grocery stores/retail
- Experience in leading a team (in a similar industry)
- Able to work at least 40 hrs/week
