Job Summary
Ensure efficient grocery store operations and act as the primary decision-maker when the Store Manager is absent. Solve immediate team issues, monitor workload and admin duties, and collect feedback to proactively develop store processes. Manage daily logistics across Wolt Market locations in Cyprus, maintaining high service standards for customers. Requires 40+ hours weekly in rotating shifts, with fluency in English and Greek.
