Stock and rotate grocery merchandise to ensure freshness and proper shelf placement while maintaining displays that drive incremental sales. Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns promptly in a polite manner. Maintain department sanitation, follow cleaning schedules, and dispose of trash according to health and OSHA requirements. Handle damaged or discontinued items per company policy and assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries using power or hand jacks if trained. Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth department function and meet productivity standards.
