Grocery Sales Associate

Grocery Sales Associate provides stocking, merchandising, and customer service duties in Weis Markets’ Grocery department. Responsibilities include keeping the department well stocked and organized, building displays to drive sales, rotating and pricing merchandise, assisting with receiving and backroom tasks, answering customer questions, maintaining cleanliness and OSHA-compliant standards, and helping ensure a positive shopping experience. The role requires basic high school education (or GED) and a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with emphasis on teamwork, customer service, safety practices, and adherence to company policies.
