Grocery Sales Associate

Stock and rotate grocery merchandise to ensure freshness and proper shelf placement while maintaining department organization and appeal. Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns promptly while applying correct stocking techniques and price tags. Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries using power or hand jacks, and handle damaged or discontinued items per company policy. Maintain general sanitation, follow cleaning schedules, and ensure work areas meet health and OSHA requirements. Comply with security regulations, shrink control standards, and PPE protocols. Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth department function.
