Job Summary
Grocery Retail Planogram Merchandiser performs weekly plan-o-gram work in a Kroger store setting, reading plan-o-grams, collecting new item tags, preparing the work area, and repositioning shelving to match updated schematics. Independent work to reset sections, maintain clean work areas, report completion to supervisors, and uphold professional customer interactions. Must read and understand plan-o-grams, read/write/communicate in English, and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 70 lbs, standing for extended periods, and using a smartphone app when required. Prior retail experience and adaptability to store guidelines, safety standards, and productive teamwork are emphasized; role includes occasional non-regular hours and potential additional store support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams
- Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English
- A smartphone with internet/data access is required
- App permissions such as enabling location services, camera, and photo gallery access
- Must be able to provide personal tape measure and safety gloves
