(Grocery) Regional Manager of Cut Produce

Job Summary
Oversee regional operations, sales, and distribution for cut produce kiosks by analyzing P&L statements, conducting store visits, and executing compliance audits. Spearhead hiring and training for supervisors, manage schedules, and drive sales improvement strategies while ensuring franchisee adherence to brand standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for the region, reporting to the Director of Franchisee Operations and compiling weekly operational reports. Prioritize safety, enhance customer satisfaction through policy adjustments, and manage menu item chef replacements and operational contingencies. Regular travel within the assigned region is required, with occasional national trips.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of business and finance concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient managerial and diplomacy capabilities
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Regular travel within the assigned region
- Occasional national trips
- Extended periods in cold environments
