Job Summary
Oversee regional operations for cut produce kiosks by analyzing P&L statements, conducting store visits, and executing compliance audits. Spearhead hiring and training for managers and supervisors while managing schedules and performance evaluations. Drive sales growth through strategic menu management, recruitment of local chefs, and weekly operational reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, ensuring adherence to brand standards and safety protocols. Travel regularly within the assigned region to support store openings, transitions, and contingency planning.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of business and finance concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient managerial and diplomacy capabilities
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Regular travel within the assigned region
