Job Summary
Oversee regional operations, sales, and distribution for cut produce kiosks by conducting store visits, executing compliance audits, and analyzing P&L statements to drive sales improvement. Spearhead hiring and training for field supervisors, manage schedules, and lead performance evaluations while ensuring franchisee adherence to brand standards and operational targets. Serve as the primary point of contact for the region, supporting store recruitment, new openings, and transitions, and champion initiatives to boost regional revenue. Compile weekly operational reports and represent the company to stakeholders, prioritizing safety, steritech audits, and customer satisfaction through strategic policy adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of business and finance concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient managerial and diplomacy capabilities
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Regular travel within the assigned region, with occasional national trips
- Extended periods in cold environments such as coolers
