Job Summary
Oversee regional operations for cut produce kiosks by analyzing P&L statements, conducting store visits, and executing compliance audits. Spearhead hiring and training for managers and supervisors while managing schedules, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Drive sales growth through strategic planning, menu management, and fostering relationships with franchisees and store managers. Compile weekly operational reports and represent the company to stakeholders, ensuring adherence to brand standards and safety protocols. Prioritize safety, enhance customer satisfaction through policy adjustments, and manage operational contingencies for chef replacements. Report directly to the Director of Franchisee Operations within a dynamic retail environment requiring regular regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of business and finance concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient managerial and diplomacy capabilities
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Regular travel within the assigned region
