Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Refrigeration/Grocery or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in English
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook); basic math
- Leadership abilities; ability to coach, lead, and hold team accountable
