Job Summary
Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays. Execute merchandising projects, resets, and remodels while keeping backrooms and work areas clean and safe. Greet customers, assist with product questions, and collaborate with store managers to complete daily priorities using technology to track time and report work. Adapt to changing priorities and follow safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment. Weekend and weekday availability required for an 8-hour shift from 6:00am to 4:00pm. Compensation is up to $18/hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Weekend and weekday availability required
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder
- Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
