Job Summary
Conduct store audits and verify client product placement across assigned grocery locations. Manage product distribution by ordering stock, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory levels. Complete daily reporting tasks via mobile apps, including photo uploads and task completion. Travel between store sites within the Albuquerque, NM territory to execute merchandising duties. Perform physical tasks requiring lifting up to 50 pounds and extended periods of standing and bending. Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to store team guidelines and professional dress codes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver License
- Proof of Automobile insurance
- Reliable phone (within 5 years old) service and internet service for daily communication
- Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks & audits at local grocery retailer
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently
- Must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail environment with minimal supervision
- Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team
- Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required
- This position is part time, 25 - 27 / hours a week
- Location: Albuquerque, NM (within a 40-60 mile radius)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (but not required)
