Job Summary
Grocery Market Associate role in an hourly, in-store position focused on stocking shelves, inventory support with FIFO, receiving shipments, merchandising displays, pricing accuracy, customer service, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities include stocking and facing products, organizing backroom, setting up promotional displays, keeping shelf labels accurate, assisting customers, following food safety and OSHA procedures, reporting safety hazards, and collaborating with team members during opening/closing procedures. Requires physical stamina to be on-site for 6-8 hours and ability to lift up to 50 lb; emphasis on communication, organization, and teamwork.

- Organization & Time Management: Great pacing and stamina to manage tasks like stocking and facing efficiently during busy store hours.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle quick customer requests or escalate operational issues to the Market Lead when necessary.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort with being on your feet for 6-8 hrs, walking the sales floor, and lifting/moving up to 50 lb. product boxes throughout your shift.
