Grocery Manager

Direct store operations by closing the store four to five nights per week and assuming the Store Director's role during their absence. Manage the grocery, frozen, and dairy departments through daily ordering, shelving maintenance, and backroom upkeep. Lead the stock crew and receiver while training and developing employees to ensure a stable workforce. Schedule grocery department staff, resolve conflicts, and maintain ethical relationships with vendors and suppliers. Ensure full compliance with government regulations, company policies, and dress code standards. Requires the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and work in environments with slippery floors.
