Grocery Manager

Direct grocery, frozen, and dairy ordering while maintaining a well-stocked, merchandised store. Lead stock crew, schedule department employees, and train staff to ensure a qualified workforce. Close the store four to five nights per week, manage backroom and department maintenance, and handle vendor relationships. Step in for store leadership duties when directors are absent. Maintain records complying with government regulations and enforce company policies including dress codes. Requires ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and work in environments with slippery floors.
