Grocery Manager

Direct grocery department operations by managing stock crews, overseeing ordering for grocery, frozen, and dairy, and maintaining clean shelving and backroom standards. Lead employee training and scheduling while resolving conflicts and enforcing company policies regarding dress, name tags, and safety. Close the store four to five nights per week and assume full store leadership duties when the Store Director or Assistant Store Director are absent. Maintain accurate records complying with government regulations and communicate effectively with office management. Requires ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and work in environments with slippery floors.
