Grocery Manager

Direct store operations by closing the store four to five nights per week and assuming full leadership duties when the Store Director or Assistant Store Director are absent. Manage grocery, frozen, and dairy ordering while maintaining daily backroom, shelving, and department maintenance. Lead and schedule the stock crew, including leaders, receivers, and stockers, while training employees to ensure a qualified workforce. Enforce company policies regarding dress, name tags, and government regulations, resolving conflicts and maintaining ethical relationships with vendors and team members. Requires ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and perform physical tasks on floors that may become slippery.
