Job Summary
Direct grocery, frozen, and dairy ordering while maintaining a well-stocked, merchandised store. Lead stock crew, receivers, and dairy/frozen staff through scheduling, training, and daily department maintenance. Close the store four to five nights per week and assume full store operations when directors are absent. Ensure compliance with all government regulations, company policies, and vendor relationships while resolving conflicts and maintaining an ethical work environment. Requires ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and work on floors that may become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10/20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
