Grocery Manager

Direct grocery, frozen, and dairy ordering while maintaining a well-stocked, merchandised, and faced store. Lead stock crew leaders and receivers, manage department scheduling, and train employees to ensure a stable workforce. Close the store four to five nights per week, perform daily backroom and shelving maintenance, and assume Store Director duties during absences. Maintain ethical relationships with vendors and suppliers, resolve conflicts, and enforce company policies including dress codes and government regulations. Requires ability to lift 60 lb. boxes, use sharp instruments, and work in varied physical conditions.
