Job Summary
Direct grocery, frozen, and dairy ordering while maintaining daily backroom and department maintenance to ensure a well-stocked, merchandised store. Lead stock crew leaders and employees through training, scheduling, and conflict resolution to foster a disciplined, ethical work environment. Provide exceptional service to clientele and assume full store operations when the Store Director or Assistant Store Director are absent. Close the store four to five nights per week while communicating with office management and ensuring compliance with all government regulations and company policies. Maintain records adhering to dress, name tag, and safety standards. Requires ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10/20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing product from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision.
- Good, corrected hearing.
- Ability to stoop.
- Ability to kneel.
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
