Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop department employees while owning sales, labor, gross margin, and operational performance. Manage staffing and scheduling, delegate responsibilities, and ensure departments remain organized, well-stocked, and customer-ready. Monitor performance, address customer concerns, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Partner with specialists to execute merchandising and promotional plans while driving continuous improvement. Requires 5+ years of leadership experience, flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a background in retail or grocery. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership or management experience
- Experience leading teams in retail, grocery, hospitality, food service, or a related industry
- Strong communication, coaching, and employee development skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
