Job Summary
Anticipate customer needs, lead and coach colleagues, and maintain merchandising and operational standards to drive departmental sales results and meet financial objectives. Build customer loyalty through exceptional service while fostering a positive workplace by engaging staff and developing relationships. Manage evening, weekend, and holiday shifts to ensure consistent store performance. This role supports No Frills' mission to positively impact communities through collaboration, sustainability, and a commitment to Care, Ownership, Respect, and Excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty
- Previous management experience in retail or food services
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays
- Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check
