Job Summary
Grocery Manager leading department sales and profits, overseeing store-wide product levels, quality control and customer-service initiatives. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning and directing work; reviewing inventory, sales data, shrink, and labor metrics; ensuring food safety standards and regulatory compliance; maintaining displays and stock conditions; and providing leadership to drive sales performance and store safety. Requires strong knowledge of grocery operations, staff leadership, scheduling, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- Food Handler certification
- Manager Food Safety certification
- AML certification
- Fuel Operator C training
- HIPAA certification
- TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business
