Grocery Manager responsible for directing grocery department operations, supervising staff, ordering/receiving/stocking/merchandising, and assisting in overall store management in the absence of leadership. Oversees customer service, cashier backup duties, pricing accuracy, shrink control, store opening/closing, sanitation and safety compliance, and adherence to company policies. Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and team coordination to meet departmental and store objectives; involves training personnel, directing daily operations, and ensuring efficient front-end functions and merchandise management.
