Grocery Lead | Availability Required 5 am to 11 pm

Stocks, rotates and faces grocery products; assists with coordination and execution of department operations including ordering and inventory control; provides exceptional customer service; demonstrates leadership by guiding department clerks, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring quality standards; maintains awareness of ads, promotions, and events; builds displays; maintains product knowledge and compliance with safety and merchandising standards; collaborates with management to maintain department conditions and vendor relationships; participates in inventories and special orders; ensures attendance and reliability per store policy; adheres to DEI values and a respectful workplace; physical requirements include standing, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 lbs intermittently; shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
