Grocery Lead - AVAILABILITY REQUIRED 4AM TO 10PM

Lead the Grocery department: stock, rotate, and face products; coordinate and execute department operations and inventory control; provide exceptional customer service; guide department clerks, train staff, and partner with management to maintain store conditions and merchandising standards. Communicates with customers and vendors, builds awareness of weekly ads and events, and contributes to a diverse, inclusive team culture. Maintains product knowledge, adherence to pricing and signage standards, supports in-store tastings, and helps drive department performance. Requires scheduling flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong focus on dependable attendance and safety compliance.
