Grocery - Grocery Asst Manager

Manage all aspects of grocery department operations, including ordering, stocking, merchandising, and customer service, while ensuring company policies and department goals are met. Lead, coach, and train new employees to reinforce culture and performance expectations. Observe sales floor and back stock conditions to correct areas of opportunity, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and ensure accurate pricing. Assist customers with finding items, address concerns, and resolve issues. Contribute to overall store cleanliness by organizing work areas and shelving.
