Job Summary
Champions customer service programs, handles customer relations and complaints, and directs store operations in the absence of managers. Performs ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising duties while controlling shrink and preventing out-of-code product sales. Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, and security policies, and initiates corrective actions as needed. Opens and closes the store, acts as a backup cashier, and engages in suggestive selling. Works nights, weekends, and holidays with minimal supervision, lifting up to 80 lbs and operating hand trucks.

- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to reach, lift, stack and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights up to approximately 80 lbs
- Ability to properly stack, operate fully loaded hand trucks and pallet jacks
- Manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination
- Mental alertness to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities
- Ability to work at different times of the day and with little or no supervision
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Compliance with all Company policies including attendance, grooming standards and dress code
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to utilize cleaning supplies and chemicals and safety cutters
