Job Summary
Lead daily grocery operations, including stocking, zoning, inventory rotation, and merchandising execution. Provide direction to team members to ensure productivity, monitor inventory levels, and communicate replenishment needs. Ensure planogram and promotional sets are completed accurately while maintaining freshness, food safety standards, and FIFO rotation. Support training for new team members and deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product questions. Collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals, labor targets, and operational expectations while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

- Retail or other customer service experience
