Job Summary
Greet, assist, and thank customers while stocking shelves, building displays, and rotating fresh products using first-in-first-out methods. Receive and unload deliveries, check for accuracy, and store items in designated areas. Clean shelves as restocked, fill displays, and block them straight. Perform price changes, notify management of shrink or out-of-stock issues, and monitor cooler temperatures. Practice proper sanitation, sweep work areas, and exercise safety practices when lifting or using equipment like pallet jacks. Assist with front-end bagging during busy times. Complete onboarding and e-learnings within 30 days of hire. Work a schedule based on store needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age
- Complete training in the grocery operation
- Ability to prioritize work load and have sense of urgency
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a scheduled based on the business needs of the store location
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
