Job Summary
Greet, assist, and thank customers promptly while stocking shelves and displays with fresh, rotated products. Receive and unload deliveries, checking accuracy before storing items in designated areas. Keep products in coolers and freezers rotated using the first-in, first-out method, and clean shelves as they are restocked. Perform price changes, notify the manager of shrinkage or out-of-stock items, and monitor cooler temperatures to ensure product quality. Maintain a clean, safe work environment by sweeping areas, disposing of trash, and practicing proper sanitation procedures. Assist with front-end bagging during busy times and complete onboarding e-learnings within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age
- Complete training in the grocery operation
- Ability to prioritize work load and have sense of urgency
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a scheduled based on the business needs of the store location
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
- 18 years of age to use compactor
