Grocery Clerk

Job Summary
Stock shelves with dry goods, packaged foods, and general grocery items while rotating products to check for freshness and expiration dates. Build endcap displays, ensure aisles are fully faced and neat, and maintain cleanliness in stockrooms and back areas. Assist with unloading delivery shipments, respond to customer questions, and follow all safety procedures and store policies. Support grocery management with special tasks as needed. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, with shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours. Full-time team members may also access daily pay, medical benefits, and a 401(k) program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Friendly, team-oriented, and customer-focused
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Stand, walk, and lift throughout shift (4–8 hours)
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently
- Bend, reach, and climb ladders or step stools as needed
- Repetitive motion with hands and arms during stocking tasks
