Job Summary
Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and scan items accurately while ensuring department areas meet health and safety standards. Respond to customer needs with knowledge of products and delightful conversation, and setup company-directed promotions. Keep the store ready with available products that meet customer needs to live life well. No previous experience is required; training is provided. You must be flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends, and able to move up to 50lbs. This role supports Our Independent Grocer's commitment to sustainability and social impact across Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift
- Candidates who are 18 years or older
- Flexibility to work a variety hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends
