Job Summary
Conduct excellent customer service within the grocery, dairy, and frozen food departments. Ensure these departments remain well stocked, clean, organized, rotated, and merchandised appropriately by implementing store guidelines. Maintain an attractive sales floor while guiding customers to select healthy food and products meeting high standards. Knowledge of common allergies and dietary terms such as gluten-free and vegan is preferred. Experience in retail or customer service environments is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel and squat
- Must be able to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads
- Must be able to stand and be on one's feet during the workday
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of common allergies and specialized dietary terms such as gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. preferred
- Experience working in a retail and/or customer service-oriented environment preferred
